Hello all! I hope you are all enjoying your summer! I just got back from Boston and I have some great pictures to share! My former 8th graders will recognize the grave sites of historical figures we learned about this past year including Paul Revere and John Hancock! I also took a picture of the exact location the Boston Massacre occurred!

You all have done beautifully this year. As we enter the last two weeks of school I want you to remember how far you have come and much you have learned! You guys rock! 

Your Spring Break assignments have been posted! Have a wonderful week!! I will see you all when we return from the break!

The Gallery Walk went awesome today 8th grade! You were all so diligent you didn't even notice me taking pictures! I hope today you gained a better understanding of society in the mid 19th century. Keep up the good work, you're making me proud!












Great job working on your projects today 8th grade! Tomorrow we will have a gallery walk to view each group's picture! I hope you enjoyed hearing all the different types of music from the mid 19th century. My favorite was the Irish music that was brought to America at this time.
